About Anthony Stewart

Hello all, I am Anthony and I love fitness and being active. I offer services both in person and online. My goal is to provide quality and effective personal training for everyone. Whether it be one-on-one fitness training and health coaching or personalized online training via my fitness training app, your fitness, health and wellness goals will be met.

I want to make a difference in people’s lives. Sometimes, we just need someone to help us get going in the right direction. I diligently strive to provide you the information, training, and encouragement to make your fitness, health, and wellness goals achievable, and to inspire you to live a healthy lifestyle.

I train at least 5 days/week. I do everything from strength, cardio, HIIT, to TAI Chi and love cycling. I enjoy variety. There’s a lot more to fitness than simply what you physically see; it’s about wellness and health. Everyone, from children to seniors, should be physically active.

I will be there to guide you with healthy eating habits and supplement suggestions within my scope of practice. I will only be able to tell you about supplements I have personally tried. I am not a nutritionist and/or dietitian, but I will give you guidance in healthy eating habits.
